early to bed, early to rise

Think it's off to bed early for me tonight. I know, getting old, huh?

Hoping to actually drag my butt out of bed early, though, and maybe get in some jogging. That's the plan, anyway, we'll see how well I can follow through when the alarm goes off.

Anyone else out here do any morning running, by any chance?

I don't know if I'd be that good at racing, but swimming is always nice. Count me in.

I go out for morning flights, but I do run as well.
